Referencing my Lady Cyclops of about 100 cartoons ago, this guy is dreaming of edible sailors (?) arriving on his rocky shores and winding up in his stew-pot.
Symbolism for Beginners: The Cyclops represents tunnel vision, which is an antipathy to the Arteest. He is also perpetually hungry, signifying greed. Plus, he's depicted as a "primitive", representing ignorance.
Ok, All those boxes ticked.
