Yes, We Do Cartoons!!

I did this for my FB Page to "promote" this Blog. Anyway, you're here now.

See, post below... Oh, and this was drawn with markers on textured ivory paper. I thought that you should know that.

This was going to be the "banner" for my FB Cartoonist/Writer Page (Go on, have a look!) but I changed my mind. Will figure out something more "Attention Grabbing"!

Brush-Pens - "Experiments", etc...

Like it says up there in the title bar, here are some, er experiments with marker Brush-Pens. Just throwing the markers around the page to see what "effects" I could get. Banci Cartoonist (Check his stuff out on Facebook) does it much better...

"Those Golden Moments"...

Here & in the two posts below, are some sketches that I'd usually reject from my regular "Sketchbook" posts. But, here at the Filthy Moods Dugout For Desperate Doodlers, we are not ashamed to scrape the barrel when we are short of shit. So to speak.

So polish yer eyeballs, loosen yer pants and grit those dentures and scroll slowly downwards to see what could could have been funnier or better drawn if only I'd hung in there or sobered up a bit quicker on the day...

Sketchbook "Rejects"...

As I've mentioned before on my "Sketchbook" I draw a lot of cartoons in my sketchbooks, and only post up the ones that I think have interesting ideas, good drawing or (most importantly?) are funny.

So what happens to the poor little bastards who don't make the "grade" you ask? You did ask, didn't you? Well, short answer is they go in the trash. But, just for your curiosity, (You are curious, aren't you?) here are a few "rejects" with a last minute reprieve before I take them on that long green mile down to the Shredder...
